What is Ceviche?
Do your stone crab claws taste the same as the
competitor?
Yes. Stone crab claws all have the same unique taste. The most important factor in the taste of the claws is handling. Our
stones are never frozen and are kept refrigerated until they are shipped out to you. We use sheets of ice packs in our packaging
to ensure more even coverage of your seafood and maintain freshness.
Do you offer two day air shipping?
No. To ensure freshness, we only offer next day air shipping. Think about it....would you want your fresh seafood in a box
for two days?
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by zip code. Our shipping calculator is linked directly to FedEx to ensure proper shipping costs.
Once you enter your shipping information, you will be given the shipping costs to review (before charges are made to your
credit card).
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
We suggest that someone be home to receive your order. If you aren't home, your order will be left at the door. We are not
responsible for an order once it is delivered.
Gift orders
Seafood is a grea gift idea. Stone crabs are sure to please any seafood lover. We offer gift cards at no additional charge
upon request. You will be prompted to enter special instructions/gift card information when adding an item to your cart.
We suggest notifying the recipient that they will be receiving a gift from you on the delivery date you have chosen and ask
that someone be home to receive it. We are not responsible for a package once it has been delivered. We also offer gift
certificates as an option.

If I order today, when will I receive my
shipment?
When placing our order, you will be prompted for a delivery date. The delivery date is the date in which you would like to
receive your order. The cut-off time for next day is 11:00 a.m. EST. The only day that you can't receive a shipment is on
Sunday. Saturday deliveries incur an additional fee of $12.50.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The day that we send your shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address that you entered when ordering.
What items are included with my stone
crab order?
All stone crab orders include Mr. Rod's tasty mustard sauce, 4 stainless steel crab and lobster forks, and a mallet.
Are stone crabs ready to eat when I receive
them?
Yes. Stone crab claws are already cooked and ready to eat right out of the box. Traditionally, they are served cold. If
you will not be eating them immediately, they should be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator. You can also freeze
your claws to enjoy at a later date. Visit our Stone Crab Tips

I don't have a PayPal accout; can I still buy
in your store?
Yes. PayPal is one of our payment options. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders
are processed using SSL encryption for your security.
What is Ceviche?
Ceviche is being called the new sushi. Mr. Rod's Ceviche is pickled or "cooked" in a citrus based marinade, combined with
chopped onions and a variety of herbs and spices. Mr. Rod's Ceviche selections include Tilapia, Shrimp, and Tilapia/Shrimp
combo. It is a great appetizer, but can also be served as an entree.
