Getting your shipment to you fresh is very important to us. In order
to do this we ship only next day air. We don't believe seafood is truly fresh if it has been sitting in a warehouse
for two days. All of our shipments are sent through FedEx and don't leave are warehouse until 7:00 PM the day before
your scheduled delivery date. This minimizes the amount of time that your shipment is in transit.
We realize that next day shipping can be costly, so we do our best to keep
the shipping costs as low as possible. We are not in the business of profiting from shipping, therefore we do not include
shipping cost in our prices so that our customers can see the actual shipping charge before completing a transaction.
We offer two FedEx/DHL next day air shipping options (Priority overnight
& Standard overnight) to choose from and have experimented with various methods to get the best results and lowest
shipping cost for your fresh seafood. We use an innovative ice pack that provides better coverage to your shipment
while weighing less than conventional gel packs.
Our packaging is pictured above. Large quantities are shipped in
a larger box. Shipping cost is calculated by zip code and weight of the package. We require that all orders be
shipped next day air. Weight of packaging materials is added to your order to ensure proper shipping cost.
- A physical shipping address is required (we cannot deliver to
a P.O. Box)
- Please specify delivery date (delivery
date is the date you would like to receive the package) when ordering.
- Orders
must be in by 11AM (Eastern Standard Time) for next day delivery.
- We
ship Monday thru Friday.
- Orders shipped on Friday will have
an additional $12.50 surcharge for Saturday deliveries.
- We
accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, & PayPal.
Shipping and Handling charges are calculated and added to your order
when you check out. You will have an opportunity to review all charges, including shipping, before your final
approval of the charges to your credit card.
